Booking information
- Price per person and day excl. local tax of 1.80 € (from 1.12.2024 2.60 €) per person and day for those 15 and older.
- The listed room prices are in € and include half-board per person and day.
- Short stay surcharge: up to 4 days € 15 per person and day in addition to the accommodation price with a booking from Sunday to Thursday (only in summer)
- New Year’s surcharge € 90 per adult and € 45 per child up to 12 yrs. old.
- Reservations are only binding after written confirmation (+deposit - variable amount)
- Payment methods: CASH, bank transfer in advance, EC card, credit cards
- Travel cancellation insurance – we recommend Europäische Reiseversicherung
- Dogs: € 19 per day; price per day NOT INCLUDING food and possible final cleaning; TIP: we recommend dog liability insurance for possible damages
- Surcharge for the "Diamond" family rooms: from 30 to 50 € per day with an occupancy of only 2 to 3 people. During the main season, the minimum occupancy is 3 people!
- Arrival and departure: we ask that you check out of your room by 10 am on your departure day. On your arrival day, you can check in starting at 2 pm. Depending on availability, a LATE check-out is possible (for a small fee)
- Underground garage parking is included for the "Diamond" room. Parking options in front of the hotel are also available for the "Emerald", "Saphir" and "Ruby" rooms
- In the event you don't eat at the hotel: If there is a meal you don't eat at the hotel, we will give you a credit of 10 per person!! - excluding travel agency guests.
- Please note that each room is individual so layout sketches may differ!
- Double room with single occupancy: + 30% - 60% (depending on the season) on the accommodation price per day

Deposit
With a binding reservation, we ask that you transfer a deposit of a variable amount to our bank account (free of charge) within 14 days.

Cancellation conditions
For the winter season:
- Up to 38 days prior to arrival, we do not charge cancellation fees.
- 38 to 21 days prior to arrival, we charge 40 % of the travel price.
- 21 to 7 days prior to arrival, we charge 70 % of the travel price.
- 7 to 3 days prior to arrival, we charge 90 % of the travel price.
- 3 days or less prior to arrival, we charge 100 % of the travel price.
For the summer season:
- Up to 14 days prior to arrival, we do not charge cancellation fees.
- 14 to 7 days prior to arrival, we charge 70 % of the travel price.
- 7 to 3 days prior to arrival, we charge 90 % of the travel price.
- 3 days or less prior to arrival, we charge 100 % of the travel price.
