Our chef de cuisine lays great store by straightforward, honest-to-goodness cooking which always focuses on products straight from the market. Dishes are prepared based on Austrian cuisine with international overtones. For a good start to the day, we offer a generous, hearty breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, tea, fresh egg dishes and lots more.
An afternoon snack in the fireplace lounge will give you all the energy you need. In the evening, we pamper our guests with a 5-course menu (daily salad buffet) and changing theme evenings such as a cake party, gala evening, and appetizer and dessert buffet. You can select a fine wine from our extensive wine menu as the perfect accompaniment your meal.
